We have used Practice Fusion as our electronic health record since 2017. Patient Fusion was the associated patient portal. We were recently notified that Patient Fusion is being sunset and is being replaced with FollowMyHealth. A fuller explanation can be found here.
You should have access to Patient Fusion into early 2026, however, messaging and self-scheduling have been disabled. You will need to use FollowMyHealth for those features going forward.
